A concert of aromas whose orchestra is composed of fresh flowers, citrus fruits, white peaches and pears. The symphony is very intense from the first measure and tempered by notes of quince and honey that bring generosity to the nose. In the mouth, the attack is sweet and graceful. The aromatic intensity rises crescendo to reach its climax in the middle of the mouth before giving way to roundness and a very nice length.
Contrasting with some heavy white, this wine is above all digestible and fresh. It will be perfect for summer dishes such as grilled or pickled fish, sun-kissed vegetables or a nice plate of fresh goat's cheeses. In winter, it will allow you to sublimate seafood platters, foie gras or risottos in sauce
