Jérôme Faure awarded 4 Toques in the Gault & Millau guide for Le Champ des Lunes

After an amazing recognition for the bistro, La Cuisine d'Amélie, with 2 Toques in Gault & Millau and a 14.5/20, Jérôme Faure has received today a 17/20 (4 Toques) for Le Champ des Lunes, the gourmet restaurant of Domaine de Fontenille.

It has only been one year since Domaine de Fontenille has opened its doors in Provence. Vineyard and Small Luxury Hotel of the World, it offers 2 exceptional restaurants under Jérôme Faure's supervision.

The bistro, La Cuisine d'Amélie, has received 2 Toques in August from Gault & Millau, elevating it as one of the best Chef's bistros according to Gault & Millau.

Today, it is time for the gourmet restaurant, Le Champ des Lunes, to be recognised by famous Gault & Millau's Toques. With a 17/20, the restaurant possesses now 4 Toques, thanks to the creativity and savoir-faire of a Chef, already recognized in 2013 "Grand de Demain" (Tomorrow's Great) by Gault & Millau, surrounded by its talented team.
